Freelance Rates Teardown: Live Numbers

Six members volunteered their actual rate cards — day rates, project minimums, retainer tiers, the lot — and we went through them live while everyone else asked the awkward questions.

What came out of it: nobody was charging too much, four of the six had no minimum at all, and every single one of them under-scoped revisions. The recording and the blank rate-card template are in the resources library.

Thanks to everyone who put a number on screen in front of two hundred people. That is not a small thing.
