DESCRIPTION:Six members volunteered their actual rate cards — day rates\, project minimums\, retainer tiers\, the lot — and we went through them live while everyone else asked the awkward questions. \nWhat came out of it: nobody was charging too much\, four of the six had no minimum at all\, and every single one of them under-scoped revisions. The recording and the blank rate-card template are in the resources library. \nThanks to everyone who put a number on screen in front of two hundred people. That is not a small thing.
