What goes in your client onboarding packet?

I have been rebuilding how new clients start with me. Right now it is a welcome email, a contract, a deposit invoice and a questionnaire, and it still feels scattered. What do you send in the first week? Especially interested in how you set expectations on response times and feedback rounds before anyone is annoyed.
